AudioThing has introduced the SX1000, an emulation of the JEN SX1000, a vintage Italian synth released in 1978. The plugin features a single oscillator with saw, square, and pulse waveforms, a sub-oscillator, an LFO, two envelopes, a 24 dB/oct resonant filter, and four built-in effects. AudioThing has carefully modeled the original synth's M110 chip while adding modern features like polyphonic mode and a preset system.

PreSonus Introduces "Cinematic Lights" Virtual Instrument

PreSonus has released a new virtual instrument called "Cinematic Lights" as part of the 7.1.0 update for their Studio One Pro DAW.
